1.a. Gas Combined Cogeneration Plant (230 MWe / 50 MWt) which is made of one gas turbine with a generator output of 170MWe and one heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) and steam turbine with a generator output of 80 MWe. The steam turbine has controlled steam extraction for district heating system purposes of 50 MWt.

1.b. Chemical water treatment (raw water pre-treatment by decarbonisation of 140 m3/h and ion exchange based demineralization of 2x65 m3/h) for the new gas combined cogeneration plant.

1.c. Rock wool factory with one production line and capacity of 120,000 tons of rock wool per year.

1.d. Cooling towers with forced circulation for nuclear power plant condenser water cooling with capacity of 14,400 m3/h capacity and power of 167 MW

1.e. Reconstruction of multipurpose biopharmaceutical plant: reconstruction of boiler room, fire protection system, steel construction of pipeline bridge and fire tank

1.f. Wood biomass fired cogeneration power plant of 1 MWe and 4.5 MWt
